Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact form: your name, email address, subject, the option you select describing your journey, and your message.
  • Newsletter / email sign-up: your email address.
  • Community membership (Google Forms): when you click “Join the Community,” you are taken to an external Google Form where you provide information directly to Google on our behalf. See “Third-Party Services” below.
  • Coaching bookings and payments (Selar): when you book a session or purchase a coaching package, you are taken to our third-party checkout provider, Selar, where you provide payment and booking details directly to Selar. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
  • Testimonials: if you provide a testimonial, we may publish it on the Site along with your first name, initials, and/or general location, with your consent.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and site administration.

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel) on this Site. If this changes, we will update this Policy.

Cookies

The Site uses a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, such as those used by WordPress for logged-in administrator sessions and site security. If you comment on a blog post, WordPress may offer to save your name, email, and website in a cookie for your convenience on future visits; this cookie lasts one year and is optional.

We do not currently use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the coaching services you request;
  • Process and manage community membership and event participation;
  • Send you communications you have requested, such as newsletter updates;
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the Site;
  • Comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

We process your information on the basis of your consent (for example, when you submit a form or subscribe), to take steps toward and perform a contract with you (for example, when you book coaching), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our services.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of third parties, each of which processes information under its own privacy policy:

  • Google LLC — community sign-up is hosted on Google Forms;
  • Selar — processes bookings and payments for coaching services;
  • Our email delivery provider — used to reliably deliver transactional emails (such as form confirmations) on our behalf;
  • Our web hosting provider — stores the Site’s files and databases, including routine backups;
  • Service providers who assist us in operating the Site, bound by confidentiality obligations;
  • Where required to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services you have requested, comply with legal or accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Contact form submissions and related email correspondence are generally retained for as long as needed to manage the coaching relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymized upon request.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal information, including secure hosting, restricted administrative access, and regular site backups. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
